Mahmuda Chowdhury Registered Massage Therapist

She is a passionate massage therapist who wants to explore more in this realm. She has completed over 1000 hours of massage therapy studies from various schools in Montreal. She has experience working with Luxurious SPA and Massage Clinics.

Now, she works at a Massage Therapy Clinic in Laval alongside her own private practice.
She is continuing further studies to advance her knowledge while exploring her passion in therapy world.

What brings her here?

She has been very passionate about how human body works and how she can help people to achieve their inner peace.

She is from South Asia. Her educational background mainly from business schools outside and inside Canada. Several years she worked with financial institutions. After having several therapy sessions in her personal life, she found interest to explore more in this field. She feels it calms her nervous system and make her connected with her own body to feel the inner peace. She wants to give back the same inner peace surrounding her.

Massage therapy has amazing impacts on mental and physical health. It also has other physiological impacts on human body as it puts the nervous system in a deep relaxing state by activating parasympathetic nervous system and this process allow body to go back to its own natural healing process.
